 Furniture

  • For furniture items, delivery within the GTA is included in your purchase!

    We often use A-Team Global Enterprises for their friendly, blanket-wrapped delivery services. Items will be delivered to the "first dry area" such as a garage or lobby/service area of a high-rise building.

    We will contact you to schedule a delivery time slot.

  • For furniture items, delivery within Ontario & Quebec (but beyond the GTA) is a flat rate of $175. Shipping is applied at checkout.

  • If you are not local, we do not calculate shipping at checkout.

    Payment for delivery is paid to us separately, or sometimes directly to our couriers. Please contact us for a quote before purchasing. Custom quotes can take up to 5 business days to calculate.

  • Our White Glove delivery service includes an inside placement up to 2 flight of stairs and room of choice.

    Assembly (if needed) is included in this service. Please contact us for an estimate for White Glove shipping.

  • We understand that sometimes it's tough to visualize an item in your home. We stand behind our items and offer returns within 7 days of purchase, with proof of purchase, on all furniture. Beyond 7 days from purchase, items will not be accepted for refunds under any conditions.

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, broken, or if you received the wrong item.

  • We are currently accepting custom orders! Whether it be a refinishing project or custom design & build, we can help. Please describe the project in the message box below, or send us an email at: hello@after5furnished.ca

    We can also help you look for furniture! Let us know what your timeline and criteria are, and we’ll do our best to suit your needs.

 3D Printed Adapters

  • Canada-wide: 3-10 days (Free!)

    US-wide: 5-14 days (An additional $10 CAD will be charged at checkout.)

  • All adapters are 3D printed to order and will be shipped within 7-10 days of purchase.

    If you would like an update on your shipping time please contact us. Once shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number and it will also be posted in your account under the orders section.

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, broken, or if you receive the wrong item.

    If you received your order damaged or broken, please ensure to make a claim within 24 hours with photos including: the exterior and interior packaging, the shipping label, and the damaged/broken item itself so we can submit an insurance claim.

  • All adapters are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
